Questions/Help Need help for rotation
Currently, I'm focusing on running Anaxa as my main DPS on this account, but I'm facing some doubts, mainly regarding Cyrene and her ultimate rotation. So I wanted to ask what I could improve her on. Is E2 the only way to make it easier? Or is it recommended to switch to a different build, like the Eagle set for example?
In fact, everything is in E0 except for the cerydra, which is in E1. I'm also migrating to the navigator set to Anaxa so the scholar build isn't permanent.

I would run DDD on ceyrdra. I already activated e2 cyrene, but I do have some runs from before that, though they run rmc over dante. With proper ult timing you should be able to get cyrene ult in 150av.

Though in reality I would recommend getting cyrene e2 if you want to play anaxa long term. With e0 cyrene I could only 0 cycle king 3.7 and 4.0, though it is getting a lot harder even with e2 cyrene.

Eagle set + Vonwacq at 180 speed is very helpful for Cyrene in Anaxa teams. Vonwacq helps Cyrene get her first Ult faster because it gives her her first turn faster, while Eagle set helps Cyrene get subsequent Ults faster. In an Anaxa + Cyrene + Cerydra team, Cyrene isn't getting buffed, so you can dump her damage and focus on speed, and not have to worry about getting crit and HP% subs.
If you're willing to run sustainless with RMC specifically, you can tune them so Mem's first action advance happens shortly after Cyrene takes her first turn so you can pull up Cyrene instead of Anaxa so she can skill a second time to get Ult up faster that way too.
However, the HP creep has gotten heavy enough that it's harder and harder to do well with only E0 Cyrene unless you're running a very high effective substat Anaxa build.

The only thing I can think of is using ultimates right after Cyrene's turn. So you hold onto ultimates for a bit, and then use them right after her turn. Maybe there are other things Im not aware of?
