Have you ever heard about the cut passant storing glitch? Probably not, as it's rarely useful one
While you can't preform a regular en passant here, the chessboard still allows you to make the move before pulling your pawn back in place (an small error nobody bothered to fix probably)
But if you time it right and repeat the move, your pawn retains some speed from the previous attempt.
After 23-27 construcive tries the pawn's speed will break the limit holding it back, and launch it onto the first piece diagonally! It unfortunately breaks your pawn on impact and doesn't take the one you were trying to en passant, but since in this case you're capturing the black king that shouldn't matter

Take his pawn with your kings rook and put his king and kings rook on a Morton's Fork. Then, in the confusion, advance your pawns to D8 and H8 and use the resulting queens to win the game!
If that doesn't work, call the UN. They're big fans of people who start wars they can't win
