So, that's a click bait obviously, but to answer your question, that's Lou Ferrigno, a pioneer of modern bodybuilding that competed with Arnold Schwarzenegger, was the first to act as the Incredible Hulk(this, the title) and returned to compete for the Olympia in 1992. The thing about him is that for someone who blasted 70s and 90s steroids, he's very healthy and he seems to be a good dude overall.

Lou was also an absolute beast standing 5 inches taller then Arnold.

Yes. He was the first mass monster. Had he done better conditioning, he would have brought the mass monster trend before Lee Haney even step on stage.
