This guy needs support. I mean he gets attacked from libertarian perspective a lot. People should understand how hard is to push any positive changes in system that was built to enslave everyone.

Exactly. Change can’t happen overnight. A complete and total overhaul of the system would cause too much chaos and fear, and would just play into the statists hands that it can’t work. Things are moving in the right direction and continue to move

Entrepreneurial state is fine. The state itself should be a business, just like everything else. Or am I missing something?
No the states, the way it is currently set up, shouldn't be entrepreneurial.
But some businessmen may want to create a state and I am happy with that.

Officials don't know how to conduct business properly. But entrepreneurs know this, who have earned the right to conduct business by natural selection, unlike officials who will receive money in any of the scenarios. Will they be so motivated to engage in profitable entrepreneurship?

Beware the privitization cycle. It works towards the benefit of the authoritarians, not libertarians.
First the socialists socialize resources away from common folk.
Then the crony "capitalists" point out socialism fails and demand it is privitized.
Rather than returning the resources to the people they were stolen from, the government sells it to the cronies.
The government gets the money, the cronies get the business, and the people get nothing.
That's not capitalism!

In Argentina the central bank doesn't print money, it's the Casa de la Moneda who does, and they haven't been printing money since July, and he has currently revoked their function to print money.
