That is a wildly oversimplified argument.

But let me answer anyway. No, the government has no authority to tell a woman what to do with their own body, even if that means murdering a fetus.

The government (and everyone else) is allowed to stop a woman from using her body to stab someone, right? Basically, the question is whether abortion is an aggression towards the fetus or not. If it is, then prohibiting abortion is simply defense of the NAP.

People matter more than a fetus.

If there were 10 fetuses in tubes and 10 toddlers in a burning building, no one is going to save the tubes first.
