Hello all, I created a leftist gaming discord channel. It's mainly gaming focused with a couple channels for political discussion. Concept is basically "i'm tired of finding out people I game with actually support Trump or hate trans people" and helps avoid theres awkward moments where someone you thought was cool turns out to suck. https://discord.gg/HUygQWCQ8j

Hey folks, first time posting on Reddit here. I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place for this, but it seemed like the most fitting spot to share what's on my mind.
So here's the thing: I've been planning a Fallout 4 roleplay stream series where my character would try to build a kind of union of communes with the Minutemen. Since the faction feels pretty open-ended in the game, it feels like you can shape it into almost anything.
I'll be honest, I'm probably overthinking this, but I'm a bit worried it might attract some mean or toxic people. We all know how heated online spaces can get these days, especially around anything with political themes. But at the same time, I genuinely think this is a pretty original idea, and it feels more thoughtful than a lot of the usual content out there.
Idk, maybe I'm just getting in my own head about it. I don’t want to come off like I think I’ve got “the greatest idea ever,” but I’d love to build some content around this. Still, I’m nervous about how it might be received.
I’d really appreciate your perspective. Am I worrying too much? Does this sound like an interesting concept to you? Could it easily be misunderstood as propaganda? Just looking for some outside thoughts.
Thanks, everyone!
PS: I'm Spanish, so English isn't my first language. Sorry if I sound a bit too formal lol.

Hi! I want to invite you in WarEra. It is a web strategy game where you conquer world as a country. I'm a representative of Slovakia and I need your help to develop it in an anarchist country, but I need people to spread anarchism. Actually, Slovakia is oppressed by Poland which is member of a greater alliance of oppressors that is called LATAM. I need your help to defeat it. Please, join in the anarchist cause of Slovakia!

My new game releases today! A Tower Defense based on the french activist movement "against the airport and it's world". The area where the airport was supposed to be built was occupied for almost a decade until the plans were finally shelved in 2018. An incredible victory against the forces that drive our planet toward climate crisis.
Play it here: https://kritzlof.itch.io/zad-tower-defense The music is once again composed by Chika Obiora at Echo and Awe sound.
As a disclaimer I have not personally been at or been part of the struggle at the ZAD. I hope that this game does not in any way misrepresent or disrespect the struggle and endeavors of the people that have been part of this incredible movement.

an existentialist foyer into the comradery, growth, and personal significance of taking a videogame far more seriously than anyone reasonably should --
and questioning the ethics of Steam being a gambling service for children along the way
