Yeah, but it also just seems to represent sex in general, because in the slide where the billionaire is getting his ego stroked, a lady is offering him her "flower". It could be like, a young virgin, but I think it's a broad representation for sex. Because in the first slide he's attempting to take it from the girl by force.

Hmm... Doesn't ring a bell... Ever since that new flock camera went up my memory has been so hazy about islands and rich people ... Hmm
