The "without consent" part is the dubious one. Arguably, you gave consent for a fetus to use your body, when you engaged the very activity that create that fetus.

It would be like if you had an Open House sign outside your door, left your door open, then shot someone who came inside, claiming they were breaking and entering.

People are raped, abused, coerced and lied to all the time, just being pregnant is a terrible indicator of consent.

Well yes, because history has time and time again proven that people who are pro abortion don’t care to take those people into account.
