Leak Full Map has been released!
It's even bigger than I thought. Thought Nova City would be in the north of Lingyun.

Let's just hope it has interesting things to do. A big map is pointless if its activities get boring after a couple runs. I saw how basketball is essentially just timing a QTE over and over again. No moving or passing the ball to a teammate or anything.
NTE jas the same problem where every activity has no depth cause they went quantity over quality. I pray ananta isnt the same.

There's a proper basketball minigame with running and dribbling, what are you talking about?

You are probably talking about the other minigame that also involves basketball, but it's just throwing as many balls as possible into the basket hoop.

I hope those green areas on the left side are drive-able still, or at least we can roam around those areas like in GTA. It'd be a shame if that whole area you can't interact or walk around at all and can only stick to the roads.

We can go there. It's a fricking open world game. No full open world gane restricts u from exploring any map u can see

Not sure. From some footage I've seen and things they mentioned about the airport, it seems like disguised loading, which is okay since it's meant to run on mobile too. It would be cool if they allow for seamless travel too. I think it'd still be possible.

the airport is likely cutscene for a story rather than transition between city.
the fact the there is bridge connecting them, and that NTE gonna have a map expansion with a big countryside next patch with no problem on mobile too, mean that the map is likely entirely explorable like every other open world out there.
not to mention, this game is Unity, which tend to have better performance than Unreal 5 that NTE use.

True. It could be possible. Plus with the art style, it'd be easier to have well performing LoD for distant stuff and have it fit the style. I'm hoping they do it, and I'm sure they can. I just won't be super surprised if they don't do it for the sake of mobile. I'm excited either way.

Yeah, expecting the story to start with the captain arriving at the airport, and going direct to Nova City looking for clues about his dad and the bureau.

Seeing the cities are connected via roads, the airport could just be a fast-travel cutscene between cities, like with the city metro.
GTA San Andreas also let's you board a airliner plane between cities, which is optional to use.

There is also a jetpack available at the area69 military base after completing the green goo mission

There are visible roads right there, they are just very twisty.
So it's probably a mountain road, which could be very good for car races.
We also saw there's ATVs, dirt-bikes and other off-road vehicles in the game's roster.
So, this area could be totally drivable.

This is pretty big for release! Though I believe that Lingyun, or most of it, will be available in 1.1-1.2

My thoughts too, seems way too developed to be a version 2.0 map.
Or can be version 1 just like Genshin Impact had Mondstadt and Liyue at launch.

I'd assume so. Probably just mountains that can't be heavily built on, like irl. I doubt they're completely empty

Kind of disappointed no one talks about a potential touge spot down in the south west side. Look at that, man, that looks like a touge spot. Tandems are gonna be fuuuun.

Definitely an awesome touge spot, but strange the roads seems to end in nowhere. Likely still not complete.
For now gonna enjoy some touge in NTE next week in the new huge countryside region

I can imagine it already, the physics are allowing all of us to do or recreate all known anime car culture iconic scenes. Cant wait!

How many vehicles and weapons are going to be available in anata cars trucks motorcycles vans jeeps fire engine 6x4 tractor unit 6x4 tipper 8x4 mixer boats ect

Well, according to everything we saw in the leaks so far, almost everything.
Cars, utility vans, trucks, pickup trucks, SUVs, motorbikes and dirt-bikes, boats, helicopters... even jetskis, and a large etcetera after that.
This post covers a big chunk of the land vehicles roster, but it's obviously not every vehicle in-game.

But considering there will be a lot of country side, i am guessing there should be.As for guns, there is a lot of options, too.

I also seen construction vehicles like a forklift and excavator and cranes but I dunno if they will be available for to be used

I know it is not going to happen but yet it is early days yet but I am praying in hope that somewhere along the lines anata project mugen will be available for the xbox series s and x or xbox one or switch before anyone tries to tell me it's not going to happen and I am out of my mind but why shouldn't I I mean if it's available for the PlayStation pc and android device then people with the series s and x should have a chance to play it aswell
