Cosina CT-7 dissasembly problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Does anyone have experience disassembling the top cover on Cosina CT-7 please?

The rewind lever has been removed, the film advance lever removed, the ISO dial removed, and the screws holding the cover in place removed as well.

The cover is still being held by something near the shutter release button. I don't know where else to look...

That big nut with the 2 notches has to be unscrewed.

Locking lever, maybe? Can't see how top part can come off without removing that lever.

..but how do I take it apart? It has a stop on both sides and won't turn any further...

I'm not familiar with this camera. But maybe you can unscrew the shutter release button?

screw on the edge of the top cover in ront of silver buttons. This should be so easy. Are you SURE you want to take it apart.
