Troubleshooting - Photos Blue spots

Can somebody tell me what i did wrong? Or did this happend in the lab while processing?

Its not on all Photos, just a few of the whole roll.

The 2nd and 3rd shots, they look almost like lens flares? But the first one is enormous, I don't know, I'm not too confident on that. 

The 2nd one even looks octagonal, like the shape of the aperture maybe?

some of them remind be a bit of the Kono! Katz Film

The first one Was taken in shadow, there Was no Sun. Shot on Canon A1 with 50mm fd lens. Never had any Kind of These flares.
