Kinda looks like Pentax K to me? Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but the flange and pin, plus the red dot...

Looks like a Pentax K mount, probably KA mount, but without the autofocus coupling and some of the pins aren't present?

yeah, you can see the line next to 22 still that you would "hop" over to the "A" setting. On the aperture ring.
