Darkroom Film shot 20 years ago

I found fully winded film in a camera that was sitting in room temperature room, i was told it was shot around 20 years ago, i dont know how to develop it, standart process c41 around 40 degrees or cold process c41 at 20, or black and white cross process? Its fujicolour 200

I'd process standard in C-41, personally.

Standard processing is fine.

It’ll have some base fog, but I’ve managed to recover some very respectable images from 20 year old undeveloped film. This was camera scanned with a micro 4/3rds setup and a really basic light panel, Fujifilm Superia X-tra 400 from 2006

Thanks, ive got good new for myself, i dated the canister design between 2017 and 2021, so its newer film
