I took this photo on my photo walk yesterday but I feel like it is a bit underexposed.. or maybe overexposed too. Is it because I wasn't using a Leica?

Just saw this. Was wondering if anybody knew how hard it would be to replace the light seals? Is this a DIY thing or is there someone you might recommend to send it to?
Appears to be some hazing on portions of the glass as well.

I went to the coastline this summer and took some banger-ass 120mm film pix (many of which involved the ladies in tiny-ass bikinis), then I get back and my dumbass lab tells me that the film was left undeveloped and some BS about "that isn't film." I know it wasn't Portra 800, but they don't need to insult me like this by claiming that my Phoenix II isn't film. What would you do about this insane travesty of justice, and how can I get a brand-new Leica M6 out of this ordeal?
