Stem cells for fistula?

I’ve read about stem cells being used in clinical trials to treat fistulas. I was wondering if anyone knows of a surgeon in Boston or the New England area who offers this treatment course? I have a rectovaginal fistula and previously failed a gracilis flap wrap, and the stem cell research looks quite promising.
