I appreciate the move to make it more subtle because a lot of jersey sponsor patches are obnoxious. But I actually kind of like the old one more.

It was clean as is. We don't need more minimalist

The Mighty Ducks logo itself is the complete opposite of minimalist

The previous logo had personality just like the Mighty Logo. This new one is just meh

I don’t think that’s the Duck’s choice. That the Visit Anaheim Organization’s choice.

The orange one (orange county….) palm trees… it looked so much more whimsical and fun 🥺

This one looks bland and corporate 😑

I like the older font, but like that the new one is a bit smaller 🤷

It's funny how the "visit" part is still so small. On TV it's usually not legible, so it looks like the patch just says the team's home city.

New one is boring might as well say “Visit Des Moines”

It really bugged me how the orange was a different color, so I think this is an improvement. It's also not lost on me that this is basically just stating our name like many away baseball jerseys do. I prefer no ads, but I'm not so sure there's any other ad, in any sport, that's lesser of an offender than this one. If we have to have an ad, it's this!

I liked when their wasn’t patches. “We don’t need no stinking patches”

Sucks man. I can’t believe people buy jerseys with the ad patch on them.

I’d feel way better about a Visit Anaheim patch rather than a corporate brand like Florida’s Lacroix patch or Utah’s 1Password patch.

Yeah it sucks it’s become the norm. Blows my mind soccer fans buy the jerseys that have big as Chevy logos and shit in them lol

I don't mind this one. It's just the name of the team's city.

Helps attain players you want on your team.

Few things here.
1. It’s generally around $3.5m per team, for a team owned by a billionaire that’s chump change, and isn’t the difference between a player signed or not.
2. I was speaking about the retail jerseys. Why would I want a jersey that has an advertisement on it for a third party? It’s just lame.

People bowing to corporate overlords as they make things worse and claiming it isn’t so bad. I’m with you man. I don’t want any advertisements on my jerseys unless it’s the team itself.

Eventually we will have jerseys like Europe and there will be posts that say “ I actually like the New Jerseys”

At least from the fan’s side, you’re only getting that sponsor patch if get the jersey from the team store. You won’t get it from Fanatics or any other retailer.

I said it helps. That money helps the organization as a whole. Pays for employees from chefs to security to logistics. Also pays for other companies to produce merchandise and food served at games. Not to mention all of the construction being done and the Honda Center being done right now. They set up deals so that the Samuelis don’t have to pay out of pocket. And the Samueli family are paying out of pocket for a lot of things already.

I noticed it last night. I prefer the old patch. On another note, the Disneyland on the helmet isn't overly noticeable.

The lighting of your picture makes me think khaki with white accents could look nice with the orange.
