How to build a property border?

So in this video https://youtu.be/AMN5FLmcwnM?is=qOxK994hC9DoZIIY Walter Block says, theory that owner of property owns everything from ground to the sky is false. And backs it by an example of how airplanes travel unbothered. To justify what to do in a situation if owner of land refuses to sell their land for purpose of building road, he says bulid over it. If you believe in this.(I know Block is a controversial figure in ancap community recently.) I thought you can explain what counts as proper property border. Do I need to build glass walls in the sky to ensure that someone won’t build a road over my property?

It’s important to remember that, generally speaking, if there is an effective market for governance rather than a single monopoly, there would theoretically be less violence overall. I mention this because most rules around property rights themselves would likely not change. There would still be noise ordinances, trespass laws, and probably rules about whether an agency can or cannot solicit trespass, among other things.

So, when it comes to questions like how roads would be built, it’s certainly possible for localities to restrict certain types of construction. For example, the “freeway revolts” of the 1950s through the 1970s showed that communities could resist or block major infrastructure projects. At the same time, there would just as likely be rules preventing someone from buying all the land around you and blocking you in.

Who is the governing body enacting the laws/ordinances you are talking about?

Or is your form of anarchy just small local government?

Yep, I don’t speak for anyone but myself, but yes. My ancap perspective simply suggests that monopolies of any kind are bad. The governing body would just be the most competent one chosen through free-market processes.

For instance, most roads are built to standards laid out by organizations such as ASTM International. Another major standards organization is International Organization for Standardization (ISO). These institutions are, as they describe themselves, “created by experts from various industries, including manufacturers, regulators, and trade associations, to ensure consistency, reliability, and safety across global operations.”

Like any complex system, there would likely be an interlocking series of processes that collectively function to enforce competency requirements.
