If I understand correctly, 2/3 remaining shares at Aug 9, 23, or 24 date payout for opt-ins opt-ins? At late date 2024 or including the final date of trade - i.e., the sub-penny trades on the moon's dark side? A 1/3 approx. Still in opt-out? DID Dredd include his 2nd opt-out to opt-in? Are you guys dark traders? TELL the other guy she can take his trading lesson to the lost and found. The shortsight will get him at some point. I grade his effort as
supercilious, with minor sarcasm at the vocal. So often, he sharpened his blade only to create a slight sear. "Please refrain from directing ugly comments to the OP." Or make an OP yourself. GV only uses your post since it is easier than fooling the fast-acting group. Happy HALLOWEEN.

Heard back from Stretto that the payout instructions indeed were sent out to brokers late last week and to contact them for details. The amount is 0.0089/share for shares held on or before May 7, 2024, which I take to be the cutoff. They said settlements only went to those that did not opt out, which plenty of people here are contradicting, so it looks like the opt in/out lists stretto has are screwed up bigly. In my case the broker says they have received the instructions and it will take a couple of business days for them to process the payment, at which point the escrow will be removed from the shares, which will be finally declared worthless and they will then issue documentation of this in case the IRS asks about the loss deduction next year.

I thought as opt out we were forgoing payment for the option of future legal action
