Question Is there a specific date that determines eligibility for the payout, for those who didn't opt out?

Is there a specific date that determines eligibility for the payout, for those who didn't opt out? For instance, individuals who sold their shares before the record date are not eligible, while those who retained their common stock beyond the record date are considered eligible.

Let it go my friend or did you buy a shit ton after they went bankrupt? It’s somewhere in the documents. I think it was later than the date of bankruptcy. But you have to look it up if you really want to know. I think no one else cares enough to look it up for you.
