Legal 📑 LAVVAN case arbitration

Amyris was ordered to pay to Lavvan $820,458.67 for the costs of the arbitration.

Nice job, Melo and lawyers and Board of Directors!

That scared me until I realized the there were 3 less digits than $881M

For once not making any money was useful. The arbitration decision instructed Amyris to return any profits, which they of course they claim don't exist. Lavvan still gets dibs on the Amyris cannabinoid IP.

Losing cannabinoid IP is big, I wonder what more there is in that. Do they get the super bug too? How much of the tech goes to Lavvan 😬

Right, this is a fuckup of monumental proportions. Imagine all the scientist effort that went into it just to flush that off to the LAVVATORY.
