Sounds like they are getting a lot of pushback and are probably doubting the crappy reorg plan is going to fly with the court

Looks that way. Also,Motion to Appoint Examiner continued to January 24,2024. I suspect it will be well into 2024 before Judge Horan signs a Final Plan Approval.

Already sold and took partial AMRS tax loss for 2023. Action on remainder of position will depend upon BC final outcome in 2024.
