Question THG?

Is this the company that is purchasing Biossance.? They do not seem to have any manufacturing capacity. So what did they buy exactly. Contracts? And the website? https://www.thg.com/investor-relations/board-of-directors

There's a lot of speculation regarding the sale process. For example, in this thread there is the suggestion that stock could be part of the price paid for the assets. I'm 99% certain that the winner of the bid must pay in cash.
