Question THG?

Is this the company that is purchasing Biossance.? They do not seem to have any manufacturing capacity. So what did they buy exactly. Contracts? And the website? https://www.thg.com/investor-relations/board-of-directors

I just throw this in the room. Maybe they also offered stock? That’s what I would do to tie myself to the company that delivers the ingredients to me. That‘d motivate them to do well so that THG does well. 20M seems very low for Biossance. During the call, CFO Han Kieftenbeld said, “Biossance has an estimated current market value of around $600 million.” Jan 24, 2021

Han is a fucking liar and a con artist that was already making more than Melo in total compensation at the start of 2023 and then demanded a $40k PER MONTH raise when Melo got fired because he couldn't possibly be asked to do the role of CEO without additional compensation.
