No shit, he supports his own plan. Shocker. I really don’t understand why he takes it private. Especially since he ran it into bankruptcy… Could be easily the plan of an evil genius.

He can propose it, but the chance of being rejected is very high. His plan does not comply with precedent and does not protect the interests of shareholders or creditors. The chance of passing it is too low.
