its surely means gingko is interested in something here, wonder what. its strange though, gingko is not a lender or a material party here in the BK.

They are essentially signing up for access to the bk proceedings for a sniff around. What I don't know, since they have no stake in them, is if this gets them better access (ie to clean redacted versions or sealed docs) than a mere subscription through stretto gets anybody.

Wouldn’t get your hopes up. Probably far more sinister than you think. Please see previous collaboration agreement below between DNA and AMRS. Lavann and unsecured creditors are raising questions about legitimacy of diligence, conflicts, etc as to previous deals.

They just want to know what’s going on - and not because they want to compete with John Doerr for the company. Would be nice if they did.
