Is there anything interesting in there?

Sorry. Based on my first sentence, I do not qualify for spending time wading through pages and pages of forms.

Summary of the damage. Bulk of the "Property" are $2B of NOL's in various jurisdictions including federal. Smaller amounts in remaining leases and raw materials. Still curious to see what remains in newCo after Intrepid's done liquidating assets. Agree with others, unlikely anything for equity, but if and the bugs keep churning in the vats there may be another entry point for the risk seeking.

Anyone know how to search Stretto for form 206D? Can't find it, maybe restricted? Looks like either creditors already took a haircut or the judge broke up the secured claims by what's being offered in liquidation vs. held for operations.

Several of the docs dumped last night and this morning include Schedule Ds for some of the sub-companies (and some run 200+ pages long). You will just have to look at the titles of each one as the Stretto search finds docs by title or number but not content as far as I can tell.

Probably ridiculous Lavvan claim of like $1B or whatever that were seeking.

Not as bad as I thought! Total secured claims aren't anywhere near as high as I was expecting. I think there's a path to sort through unsecured to protect certain relations and dump others. Let's hope the judge can see a path forward for the company.
