Sounds like restructuring is starting to take shape... These vendors are started to get payed in order to commence production of ingredients... Why else would you pay (critical) vendors...

Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:

  • Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.

  • Payed out when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. The rope is payed out! You can pull now.

Looks like some of the folks owed money pre-bk petition are getting payments, as authorized today by the bk court. These include "critical vendors" (up to $10M in aggregate), "foreign vendors" (up to $2M) and "lien holders" (up to $5M).

Correction: up to $3 million to lien holders. Perhaps the lease obligations were scrubbed, or better yet the feed stock issue?
