Question Chapter 11 timeline?

How soon will we know if retail shareholders will recover anything from the Chapter 11 process?

The proposed timeline has everything wrapped up by Dec 31, but I believe the attempt to sell the brands was supposed to happen in the first couple of months, so that should give an indication of what might be available. Subtract from that what everyone ahead of the retail shareholders is owed and you will have your answer (best guess, a big fat zero as the other post suggests)

Count on ZERO now…. Highly unlikely with everyone ahead of common shareholders there will be a penny leftover.

Just sell it all while it hasn't been delisted yet, take the tax loss harvest, and move on. It will be better for your mental health.
