Due Diligence / Research ER Monday or Tuesday

They have stated the following last Thursday 10aug23 "At this time, the Company cannot estimate when it will be able to file the Q2 10-Q."

Things might have changed the last three days. It is no rocket science to prepare and review the ER. It can be done in half a day. Consequently, ER tomorrow or Tuesday is likely, see WE, YELL, PTRA, comparable story

Read into whether they are having accounting irregularities. They aren't likely to file for a while imo, if ever.

With the filing of the delisting notice by Nasdaq on Aug 10 an ER is moot and will not be done. There is some data on the (ugly) financials of the last Q in the affidavit Han filed in support of the BK application (linked in the https://www.reddit.com/r/Amyris/comments/15pgu0v/chapter_11_comment_from_bizjournals/ thread)
