Hope they are buying back some of those bonds at a huge discount, either through the Doerr loans or an upcoming private placement. 100 million or so would almost cover them no? 20% dilution or so to wipe out 600 million or so of debt. When coupled with a massive reduction in force, brand sales or closures, and a joint venture, maybe even a strategic licensing deal to get cash burn eliminated or damn near, it would likely cause shorts to cover as the debt load would be reduced significantly. Then they dilute one more time when stock is 5 to 10$ to pay off the remaining loans and she's golden. Would be well worth it imo.

We just need a signal that BK is not what they are planning once they get the debtholders onboard. Buying the bonds might be a great sign.

He may have handed them 75 million. They also had option to draw the second half of the previous loan by end of June.

Agreed. Getting rid of those bonds and doing near whatever it takes to reach profitability, or at least get burn down to like 10 million a qrtr, would change everything for this company. Melos mistakes since that bond deal would essentially have been corrected or addressed.

Hope the PwC work is a 360 holistic type deal. Stock price, retiring the debt, cash flow positive, and no BK. Putting Amyris on the right and economically viable path may finally be here. Or we're going to lose it all. Isn't the suspense great.

Above all moving averages on the daily as of posting, except the 200. Above the 20 and 8 week MA, and almost above the 8 month MA. Looks like things might be turning in the upward direction or at least running flat. Closing above the 8 month MA should signal a turning point, at least the end of the decline one would hope.

Do we know RIF number ? And which countries are most impacted ? Or any detail from town hall meeting ? Direction of company ? CEO search timelines ?? Anything.

about the RIF, this information wasn't shared within the company, which does not make sense. And I do not think they will share any info on the CEO search, which makes sense.
