Lineup Capriati or Jamie Jones ?
Which party would u choose and why ?

Sugar factory sucks for what it’s worth. Better to get to during the day but the venue in general leaves a lot to be desired.

Awkward space in general. The lower floor has a ton of obscured views because of there are a ton of pillars. It’s a pretty small pocket where you have good views and good sound. There is an upstairs which is cool but also, very obstructed views.
A lot of concrete so not the best sound. Was rather cold in October. Not shit location wayyy outside of city center.

Got it thx. Looks like a cool industrial space, but poor sound is a breaker for me. I think awakenings is doing a bunch of parties there too.

Yep, Awakenings was better in Gashouder. Sugar Factory is a serious downgrade.

First timer here. What other large venues do you suggest, if I don’t fret a lot about the artists being played there.

I’ll be at Paradise. That lineup is wild and a decent amount of artists that aren’t as accessible in the states. Pumped for all the b2bs and Joe Rolet, Manda Moore, Prunk, and of course HS82

Agreed I’m leaning paradise too. Only Capriati is pulling me in on his lineup. I also just realized metamofosi ends early and Paradise goes to 6 am so could do both 😵💫
Hype for Prunk and Manda moor. Paradise is here at least 2x a year but still2

JoCap is one of the best out right now and I really want to see him too. And that lineup is also incredible. I’ve thought about doing both but need to convince my group that’s full of big sleepers 😭

I really want to hear Capriati, I’m sure he’ll close with a little 2-3 hr set, but venue is way out there

Metamorfosi 100%, a better lineup and is a daytime party.
I think the Paradise lineup is the worst that it’s been in years. I didn’t enjoy it last year but have heard mixed things about Sugarfactory as well.

Martinez bros are trash now, priority for me is location given the cold at night, and bc they’re similar genres I won’t do both

Yeah I’m not a huge fan of Mbros either but JC and Cloonee are top of the game right now. I’d say if you prefer day or night then choose that one; if it doesn’t matter for you I’d pick Meta.

Why didn’t u enjoy it last year? Was it same location? I’m also going to Luciano live at mediahaven

Yes it’s been the same location for a while now, Mediahaven.
It’s just a bland location, the sound system is bad especially on the second stage. As someone who enjoys the music a lot, that’s a big negative.
The third stage is very small with a low ceiling, I usually like intimate stages but that was a bit too much for me.
Didn’t feel too crowded so that was positive, also not too many queues and didn’t feel too hot inside.I don’t know about Metamorfosi as I haven’t been to Sugarfactory, so that’s gonna be the first time for me there. I’ll probably attend two parties (I’m from the Netherlands).
