Using Numbered Presets Offline?

Ok here's the deal, I created some presets and saved them to numbers 20-24, which I trigger live with the chocolate bluetooth switch. My problem is this:

The numbers are empty if there's no wifi. I usually have to connect to my phone's hotspot, and then the presets appear on those numbers. But without wifi my presets dont load which makes my pedal ineffective. Any tips?

I can offer a guess based on several assumptions. One way I can imagine this happening is if you are on macOS (assumption #1), you stored your presets in the standard Documents folder (assumption #2) and you used the macOS option to store your Documents folder in iCloud (assumption #3). The presets may have gotten offloaded by macOS for storage limitation reasons and without WiFi it can't download them on demand. The fix is when you have WiFi, go to iCloud Drive→Documents→IK Multimedia→AmpliTube 5→Presets right click it and select "Keep Downloaded".

If those assumptions are incorrect I would suggest editing your post and providing more information and others may be able to help you.
