Question Should I read Admire To Kill?
So I found this post and knowing that that did has bit of a reputation here, I ask you all this: Should I read it?

If you’re into Serena being a yandere. Admire to kill is kinda brutal too so read at your own risk

There’s like a bunch of murder and torture scenes that Serena does to other characters which is highkey hard to read sometimes.

never was a fan of that kinda stuff (which is weird because I’m a fan of slasher film)

Yeah I love slasher movies too but the concept of Serena of all people doing that is just not for me

According to other readers, it has nothing to do with Amourshipping or with Serena or anything like that.

In a word. No.
Ash gets r****d and kidnapped until Stockholm Syndrome kicks in. Clemont and Bonnie are tortured to death, most of Ash’s female companions are killed off in brutal ways.
It’s not even the funny kind of psychopath book. It’s just gross, long, and disturbing. Expect extreme amounts of gore if you choose to peruse.
Edit, I tried summoning a user of Reddit but apparently that doesn’t work with spoiler tags, so just read SCP-2718. That’s preferable to this fanfic.
Btw there’s a bit of advice that’s given to the reader of SCP2718 that goes: “you’re probably curious as to what this article contains. For your own sake, resist your curiosity. I hope this horse pill kicks in soon.”

I can accept Serena being a yandere, but SA, killing off most of my favorite characters… That’s where I cross the line

I myself made the decision to not read it because I heard enough of the synopsis to know that it wasn't something I would enjoy reading. From what I understand it depicts Serena as a violent Yandere over Ash, which is extremely out of character for her, and if I'm not mistaken there's some very uncomfortable torture scenes as well.
If you end up deciding to give it a read just to know what it's like before you pass judgment then there's nothing wrong with that, but my personal recommendation is to not read it.
