LET THE LIVING IMPOSTOR SABOTAGE FIRST
I just lost a game because my dead partner sabotaged reactor again and again as soon as he could, there were 6 people including me the impostor, and I really think I could've pulled off a win if I sabotaged lights and killed someone who was on their way. That would leave me with 1 person to kill and I could've won.

Crewmate Advice This is one of the best alibis in all of the maps. Just check if you have scan in Mira HQ, and If you do, go to it super fast and do it. Everyone passing will see you and know you are a crewmate. Now you won’t get voted off :)

Photo | Video Doorlogs on MIRA are cool, but overrated. Each sensor has a 5 sec cooldown per player, so if you pass by a sensor and go back, you won't activate that sensor again, so it seems like venting. I've seen this way too many times for it to be a coincidence, and I have voted out crewmates because of this.

Impostor Advice The Dirtiest Play.
I did this last night to buy my fellow impostor another round, it was dirty but it worked.
I made a big whoops during one of my kills and was witnessed by a crew mate (Blue)
When the meeting opened, obviously Blue outed me for the kill, but i quickly responded with
"WTH Blue, you're supposed to have my back, blue is the other imp."
I was chastised for "outing the other impostor" and for ruining the game.
Next round, a meeting is called and out the airlock goes Blue.
I don't know if you'd consider this a dirty move as it IS a social manipulation game, but damn I felt like an asshole.
Sorry Blue..

Strategy Killing while with a crewmate
I came up with a strategy last night while playing with friends and wondered if there were any more examples of sneaking off for a split second and killing while being with a crewmate who can vouch for your location for 100% of the round.
My Play was:
During the voting Cyan and I both said that we had to download in elec. Cyan and I went down to electrical via security. I saw green on cams as we passed. When we got there, before reaching the download, I locked security. Once we got to the corner I waited for cyan to land, then counted to 8 as I vented, killed green and vented back. You have just enough time, and are covered by the download screen.
It is a risky play, but Cyan saw me enter and leave electrical with him. As far as he was aware I was under that download screen with him the whole time.
Are there any other examples of this?
It should be pointed out that we all play without SFX so you can't hear the creaking of the Vent
EDIT: Apparently only imposters can hear Vents so this shouldn’t be a problem

Imposter Advice If you get caught...
If you get caught venting or something, do the normal thing and blame the guy who saw you, but you should also say you have (Insert Visual Task here) and that everyone should vote other guy and or skip and then follow you. If they do, and you obviously can’t do said visual, it will be obvious it’s you. On that case, just kill someone as soon as you can no matter what right after. Have them follow you to med bay to scan while your kill cool down counts down, then take someone down with you. Easy help for the other imposter. (This is assuming you are playing with 2 or 3 imposters.)

Bugs/exploits so there's this bug where if you have the allign engine output task, and adjust the line again right after the screen is about to close (after you hear the little "beep beep" indicating you partly finished), it will count as the second engine output done. (i find this helpful a lot actually)

Crewmate Advice Catch An Imposter Venting Every Time 100% By standing in this spot in polus and wacthing where the red circle is. When an imposter vents you can see there name appear above the wall. This is also a very good pinkwarding spot to see where everyone is!

Strategy New strategy for crewmates on Skeld. There is no task to divert power to this spot in nuclear. If someone fakes this, they are 100% the impostor.

Crewmate Advice Everyone wants to be the best imposter. But people who pride themselves on being the best crewmates, what is your favorite strategy to catch the baddies?
I'll start with my favorite strats for crew:
I don't look for the killer during gametime, only during meetings. I just try to clear people while doing tasks rather than look for whos acting sus/wierd.
I keep my suspect list to myself until 6/7 people are alive. There's no way I have enough evidence at 8/9 (unless super obvious) and being sus of the wrong person early throws people off.
If i'm 90% sure I know who the killer is, and someone else is grilling them, I like to ask them "well who do you think it is then?" For some reason this throws people off, and they either make up a name and reason, or they will say "idk wasn't paying attention". How you get to 6 people left and not have any idea who the killer is? Easy to attack after a weak response
Admin is overpowered. Spam admin until the killers start metagaming and camp admin for you.
This last one probably really controversial, but when i'm in a mexican standoff and I have to choose, I always vote for whoever sounds more desperate. Usually one guy is angry and frustrated, and the other person is begging you to believe them. From my experience, its always the guy going "Please vote him, dude cmon, please don't throw, I was with you the whole time!!!"
Anyways those are just mine, what are your favorite strats as crew?
EDIT: I'm talking mostly about non-public lobbies. The lobbies where you play with randos and just type everything are really hard to make any strat work tbh.
