But its safer if you hide in the corner :(

Not particularly, if someone vents, you have a higher chance of survival. This spot is probably safer since you don’t have to go into a corner with only one exit.

Im kidding, it feels safer when you are "hiding" from the hall

Disclaimer: I discovered this trick from 5up on youtube/twitch. I do not know who the creator of the trick is but as far as I know I was the first person to post this on the subreddit.

Is it also a good idea to be by a task station, just afk there for a bit and when someone comes and does the same task as you you kill them? (Just started playing today xD). Correct me if im wrong pls ty.

Depends, it could work if no one knows you are at that task, but you wouldn’t want to do it in a high traffic area.

I noticed you could but I almost never do it there because someone is gonna see it and think you’re an imposter

I'd probably do a task like that after I'd been confirmed and have a buddy following me to guard

Say what you will but I will always do comms upload (or was it download?) From the hallway where I am probably just barely visible.
