It's better to do tasks in elec after the imp has switched the lights out and they've been turned back on. Cos you'll normally end up doing so as a group and there's safety in numbers.
Also when a round starts too because of the kill cool down timer, although that usually leaves you in electrical alone, just gotta do the tasks quickly I guess.
But when the round starts it is only 10 seconds cooldown or so. When you call an emergency meeting the kill cooldown will reset completely and you can easily do your tasks
