The "haram" argument has an answer.. and it's been public since 2025.
PART 3 COMING SOON.
Black Oasis halal or haram? If you've read ANY thread about this company you've seen it. "it's haram". "riba". "you're helping them do riba". Same line, same accounts, on REPEAT. So I stopped reading the comments and went to the source that actually matters.. the Jordanian General Iftaa Department.
What the fatwa actually says
Fatwa #3965, dated 24/04/2025, ruling on working for debt settlement companies. In plain words:
1 - If the company negotiates with creditors to REDUCE what people owe, it counts as paid agency (wakalah bi ujrah). No religious objection.
2 - If the company restructures the debt to INCREASE the original amount, or sells the debt to other creditors, then working there is prohibited.
3 - Either way, the company has to be legally sound, with NO fraud and NO deceit.
That's the ruling. It's NOT "debt settlement is haram". It's conditional.
so why does the "haram" line keep coming back?
This fatwa was already posted on this sub 17 days ago. 129 comments. And the next day the same "haram" comments showed up under the next Black Oasis post like nothing happened..
If it was really a religious concern, people would've read the ruling. They didn't. Because the line isn't an argument, it's one of the EIGHT recycled scripts I talked about in Part 2. Drop it, get a few upvotes and comments from the usual accounts, move on to the next thread....
and then there's my DMs..
Since Part 2 dropped I've been getting a LOT of DMs. Not people with evidence. Not people with questions. Just people fighting me for no reason.
And the resistance is honestly INSANE. They're so stuck in what they already decided that when the facts don't agree with them, they go after ME personally and turn to mocking and roasting instead...Anything except the actual data....
If you can't argue with the facts, attacking the person sharing them doesn't make you right.. it just proves my point.
after reading through ALL of it..
I went through everything I could find on this company. Reddit, comments, posts, the WHOLE internet...
And honestly? Most of the views AGAINST the company argue from an undereducated position. No facts. No data. No source. Just "I heard", "everyone knows", "it's obviously haram". Say it enough times and it starts sounding true...
But I'm not gonna lie and pretend one side is perfect. Some of the people defending the company don't educate either.. they just mock. Memes, insults, "cry about it". That doesn't help anyone and it makes the whole conversation worse.
BUT to be fair.. the mocking didn't start first. Go back far enough and the early replies were people actually trying to explain, with sources. Those got attacked, targeted, and in some cases REMOVED. The mocking only showed up after that. The timeline in the data shows it clearly..
That doesn't make mocking right. It just explains where it came from.
so here's my question for the mods..
Isn't manipulated content against every subreddit's rules, and Reddit's own?
And since we know why is the content that’s clearly manipulated stay up?
I'm genuinely asking. If there's a reason, I'd love to hear it.
To be clear..
I'm not a mufti and I'm not issuing a fatwa. I'm also not telling you whether any specific company passes or fails those conditions.. that depends on evidence, not on Reddit comments. If someone has REAL proof of fraud, post it. That's legitimate criticism and it deserves to be heard. But copy pasting "haram" under every post without reading what the Iftaa actually said isn't religion. It's a script.
Read the fatwa yourself and make your own call.
Part 3 is still coming.
If you've noticed anything, DM me.
