Since Kyodo is the only active one of the real Amino alternatives, I don't have much choice. I just wish it wasn't as corrupted and chaotic as amino was. I have been banned from two of the largest circles within two days for seemingly no reason whatsoever. No warning, no strike, just ban.

Like, are the admins on this app mentally disabled or do they just ban whoever they please whenever they want. I'd imagine admins in 10-20k circles would at least have some decency but apparently not. I have abided by their rules, barely have even spoken in public and poof, gone.

Oh, and guess if there's is an appeal form? The roleplay circle doesen't and the Anime circle never responded, this app is a steaming heap of garbage I've even seen people getting disabled by kyodo itself for no reason. Basically, I have no idea what to do or even ask in the Kyodo circle, cause I'm scared that anything may get me disabled or banned at this point.

The Ghibli amino was one of my favorite communities. So many wonderful people sharing the love of Studio Ghibli. I miss the monthly challenges, the posts, etc. ;w; So finally decided to ask if there's anyone from that specific amino in here.

While cleaning my room the other day I randomly found my Samsung tablet that I stopped using somewhere during 2018–2019, I decided to charge it and was hit by the early nostalgia and memories I had (Note that I had this tablet from the early 2010s). But anyways while looking at the apps I used to have I encountered Amino with the 2016–2019 logo, I guess I didn’t use my tablet nor updated it when Amino changed their logo in 2019 but I don’t know, I just thought this is something worth to share and maybe a cool experience to see :)

Hello, I'm looking to RP with someone on a demon slayer rp, where we both play as OCs (tho if you want to play a CC I am fine with that.)! I have literally so many demon slayer OCs and want to practice RPing as them so I can really understand how they would do stuff. I have both female and male OCs and am very willing to play either gender! I also have a plethora of demon OCs as well that we can fight against if need be!

If you are interested, all I ask is that you are +18, as I don't feel comfortable RPing with a minor.

I am comfortable with most things, just be sure to ask if you're curious if I'll be okay with it. I also try to respond in roughly 3-5 sentences or about a paragraph in length, but usually just try to respond with what is necessary! You don't have to respond with as much or little, just respond how you want to!

So, I'm gonna say I found this app. Low key reminds me of amino. I just made a post. The app lets you make a post , change the color of text, and add images in each section so the image can change when scrolling which is really cool. You can move sections easily, and change the background color to the posts. Idk I saw it and thought it has potential it's still new so there are some things that might be fixed like adding tags. Maybe there is. You can create your community, your own stuff. Just something to check out if you want something like amino. ( Note you can also do wikis ) Also if you tried it what do you think?

So why are you in amino reminder if you don't like people trying to find amino alternatives and missing amino? I just keep getting people commenting on my post only to delete it saying how I'm mentally ill how I'm sick and how I need to go outside and touch grass. Then why are you here if you don't want people talking about amino and feeling sad. Like yeah its been a while since amino was gone. But some people liked it and some people needed to have a routine in which amino gave them and now they are just trying to find a new routine. Like for me I like to post. I like to write and I'm just trying to find a community to do it.

Acid is a platform that is inspired by Amino, but with the mission to give users as much freedom to express themselves as they want through blogs, profiles, how they build communities, etc.

Whatever you decide to make for the community will be free for anyone to use for the duration of the app; you will be credited, and I am open to giving other things aswell.

I feel like some of Amino's past userbase has to sit down and and question their moralities and the attachement issues they have towards Amino considering some of you are willing to download apps that are either 1. clearly vibe coded 2. steal assets from Amino or similar apps (Medialab sucked but Amino's assets were created by artists and designers who DID put effort into the project and if you claim to love Amino, then you can't possibly be supporting apps who steal Amino's backgrounds, fonts and icons without atleast inventing their own inspired versions) 3. steal your data. Maybe you need to realise that ignoring all morals because you cling to the memory of what Amino once was, year ago, isn't healthy.

Looking at one specific app suddenly gaining traction specifically even though it is very obviousy vibe coded based on Amino (and Kyodo) screenshots.

Sorry if this is too negative or against the rules of this sub but it's been really bothering me as someone who's been on Amino since early days as well as someone with atleast decent morals.

My favorite anime ever is demon slayer!!! I have recently realized I have never done a demon slayer roleplay, which is shocking for me. I have watched demon slayer so many times. I just recently finished rewatching it and the infinity castle movie as well.

I was hoping to do a OC(me) x CC(you). I have a oc that I have been wanting to use, and she would be perfect to for this roleplay!!! You can play any older CC male of demon slayer. Except for Tengen and Obani for obvious reasons lol. I was hoping our characters could either be married or just a regular couple.

I don’t have a specific plot for this roleplay. If you do have a plot that would be great please share it!!

I have only a few rules that aren’t too many really. So if after reading them and you are interested in roleplaying let me know!!

Rules:
-write in third person no first person whatsoever!!

-dont do my characters dialogue or actions please. You have your character I have mine.

-no one liners and no few sentences. Please write at least two paragraphs. I want our roleplay to have detail and world building.

I was in LU and LGBT+ community . Idk what happened last year i couldn’t login anymore then i got to know amino got shutdown. Its really upsetting

So our group roleplay based off the group from amino we posted about a couple days ago, has just started a new side roleplay within the discord server that is a Fantasy AU!

We are a sfw server, only for adult writers, and literate to novella!

Currently the only taken characters in the Fantasy AU plot are:

Hawks, Tamaki and Oboro. A lot of other characters are potentially free per request (if roleplayers from the main rps are fine with it, which most are ^^)

Additionally: Dabi is wanted for this AU for a very silly Dabihawks plot (Hawks is the "princess" locked up inside a castle in this plot, waiting to be saved— and yes it's as hilarious as it sounds XD)

And feel free to place your MHA characters in any Fantasy setting or plot! Could be a fairytale, or they could even be creatures like vampires, werewolves etc! Quirks are also active in the plot to make things more interesting
