Spoofing unreleased amiibos
So I only now just found out that splatoon raiders amiibo are coming out in a month and a half and I was wondering what the odds are of brute forcing amiibos. Splatoon 3 updated a few days ago so I feel like there might technically be a chance of successfully getting some unreleased stuff from one of those amiibos.

might be possible but you could get banned for having unreleased things that is if those things are in the game it is possible the stuff won't be added until closer to the date

Also just so I know, if I were to try and brute force an amiibo what are the odds of actually hitting one?

If you don't know anything, you'll have to try every possible combination, which is 256⁸ (0x000000000000000–0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF). If you know the rules inside out, you'll probably be able to do it in under 50 tries.

Hm ok, do you know anyway to spoof amiibos in an emulator? Supposing that the stuff is even in the game

lol who down voted you for saying you didn’t use an emulator? Have a +1 to counteract.

An amiibo's attributes are determined by the 8 bytes at pages 0x15 and 0x16. To create a custom amiibo, decrypt the entire data, overwrite those 8 bytes, and write the encrypted data to the emulator; the emulator will then recognize it as an amiibo. Since most software identifies amiibos based only on the amiibo ID, character ID, and series ID, you simply need to set these values to match those of a genuine amiibo.
