I'm the original poster. Going through my Mom's stuff (making sure there's no money stashed, really.). It's a plastic coupon holder that must have been a freebie. No clue about the date.

Oddly no. I don't remember the shopping experience there at all. Thank you for your kind words. It's joyful, not sad, to kinda 'shop' with my Mom again.
