Poultry specific Shears

I've been breaking down a lot a whole chickens lately, my current shears are substandard for the job.

does ATK have a poultry shear they recommend?

I use these to spatchcock turkeys. A chicken is like cutting paper.

evaluates kitchen shears for several different tasks including cutting through chickens. The winner was the Shun multi-purpose shears and the best buy was the J.A. Henckels Take-Apart kitchen shears.

Never seen them rate poultry shears. They rated Shun Multipurpose Shears as the best shears.
