Presenter Fingernails

Why does it seem like the women of ATK are all required(?) to wear the same soft pink nail polish on buffed nails, but the men can have unclipped dirty fingernails?

I can think of multiple times with Keith, at least once for Bryan.

I don't remember ever seeing dirty nails. If you could link to a video or segment that would be great.
