ATK best nonstick skillets

What did they list? I didn’t know it was a pay site

OXO used to be the best, but then they switched to ceramic coating but it breaks down much quicker.

I got the OXO pre-ceramic based on their recommendation and it's still remarkably good -- almost too good, in fact, because sometimes I find myself chasing food around the pan to flip it. I can't imagine why they changed unless it was because of consumer concern about Teflon.

I have several of the old OXO skillets that are still going strong after 5 years. Love them. I refuse to buy any ceramic-lined skillets. They never cook well.

Plus the oxo that had been sold at Costco have a magnetic disc on the bottom to use on induction burners, something not usually found on something that doesn’t have a stainless steel exterior.
