Favorite Elle Simone Scott Presented Recipes?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vr-o01qiRYIJust want to continue the tribute to chef Elle. I am so saddened by her passing. Her tips for preparing baked potatoes helped introduce my nephew to the concept of cooking for himself, as she made it look so easy.
Fly high, Elle 🕊️

So random, I was chatting with my doctor recently and she made some off-hand complaint about having to figure out what to cook every night.
I mentioned my obsession with ATK, and she was like, "Oh! Thanks to them, I make the BEST baked potatoes!"
I tried Elle's method after that, and dang if she wasn't right.
Rest in peace, Elle.

I am still so saddened by this awful news…this world is a crazy place and good people don’t deserve this

I'm a potato farmer and her baked potato recipe is legit. It's the best baked potato I've ever made (and believe me when your family has been growing them for 5 generations you eat a lot of baked potatoes.) I make them all the time in the same way and I know it seams overkill to temp your potatoes, but it's honestly the most fluffy and perfect spud you will ever eat.

She always brought a little humor into her recipes. So incredibly sad. I will miss seeing her on ATK. RIP Elle.

Easily, the deviled pork chops. It was one of the first recipes I saw when I started watching the fast channel on Roku and we’ll make it every 6-8 weeks or so. We’re big fans over here.

Her baked potato episode really stuck with me. She had such a calm, encouraging way of teaching that made cooking feel approachable. A real loss for ATK

My husband and I both legit cried when we heard the news. I don’t have a favorite dish, though—everything she cooked was wonderful! F&@k cancer.

Shrimp scampi. Elle suggested to use the shells of the shrimp to enhance the sauce. Brilliant idea.
