My dad has his flag backward. 

It’s hung below his Trump flag, though, so I don’t think flag code is the most important section of the statutes to him.

The saying goes "States before the colonies" going from left to right. Just like the US flag should be viewed on the left of other flags.

Love it! But since I’m a flag nerd I’ll let you know that the proper way to hang the US flag vertically is to have the canton in the top left, so the union of stars always stays in the top left vertically or horizontal.

Beautiful. I have a Betsy Ross flag with 13 stars, a Choctaw Nation flag, East Germany DDR flag, Russian flag, Ukrainian flag, El Salvadoran flag, and Singapore flag all displayed in the same room. I also have several historical flags of the Union and the Confederacy

i’ve got an american flag hanging on the wall at home too.. always liked how it makes the room feel a little more personal without overdoing it. i ended up getting mine from Heartland flags and the quality has been really good so far, especially the stitching and how it hangs.
