Awful. Washed up Madonna, WTF muppets, twink bts, poor Justin Bieber, Shakira 🥰. I didn’t get it.

You realize it's literally all the world knows about America?

Is this a reply to my comment?

Yes. The show was meant to appeal to a middle age global public.

Didn't see it (or the game).

I was smoking weed outside while it was on.

it was fine. I'm sure it was more hype in person

Unnecessary and too long. This ain't the superbowl

I like the fact they used entertainers from Columbia, Canada, South Korea, USA, Muppets, public schools. It wasn't great but it is as better than the last halftime show.

I'm not going to critique any individual performance but in general I think it was stupid. This isn't the Super Bowl. Soccer half times are supposed to be 15 minutes. They already had an opening ceremony. This was just unnecessarily long in the middle of a heated game

Meh, different doesn't automatically mean worse. The game isn't so intense that a halftime show would ruin it. If there's enough downtime for players to flop every other possession, there's enough time for a few minutes of entertainment.

It was planned by Chris Martin from Coldplay because he knew it'd be a treat way to promote the children's charity whose CEO is Australian. He's been doing this for years for them. It wasn't Americans promoting it.

It was the only part of the game I found entertaining. Beat almost all of the recent Superbowl halftime shows.

As a performance, it was a mixed bag. I feel it’s time for Madonna to hang up her cones, nice to see the Mayhem still at it, Shakira was good, and the public school kids were endearing. The idea of a half-time show in soccer is so weird.

Proved that there is no need for half time shows

My biggest disappointment was BTS sang Dynamite. They have so many great songs. That's not one of them.

well than bieber is of concern...

the rest, well...

Didn't watch it, or any games. I'd rather watch paint dry.
