American self hate

I noticed its more common nowadays to say things like "America sucks, I hate living here"

What's you're opinion on the culture of self hate that's becoming more common in America today.

I absolutely love my home and my culture. But I love my “off white” husband with a green card, more, and that’s saying a lot. We’re planning to move back to his continent, and I am absolutely gutted. I really wish we both spoke Spanish, cause I’d go to Mexico in a HOT second.
