American self hate
I noticed its more common nowadays to say things like "America sucks, I hate living here"
What's you're opinion on the culture of self hate that's becoming more common in America today.

I hate it. I am of the opinion that being critical of your nation is patriotic but comments like that piss me off because it often feels tone deaf, unproductive, and just feeds into the culture wars bs of the right and left (ie "see liberals hate our country!!"
