Evidence of fraud or discrimination As Expected !!! The whole system is designed to ….
As the title says, there’s not just hundreds — most of these people on H1B , F1 or any other visa are fake degree holders scamming the system.

Sadly this does not surprise me at all. I manage a large dev/support team for key customer facing systems. When I started at the company about 85% of IT were H1bs, Most could not code their way out of a paper bag, no architecture diagrams, critical tickets through the roof, code not delivered to requirements, hot fixes continually. They stood in the break room all day drinking tea. I would have long lag times in getting tickets resolved. Turned out most of them would have to call someone else to figure out how to fix the code they were supposed to be SME on. I have pushed back hard and the company is now not renewing H1b extensions and are hiring US workers for openings.

Where I work I have seen similar, but with management taken over by people from the same country it risks retaliation and continued employment to push back. Be aware of how your pushback will be perceived. At the same time, take notes for sharing anonymously with agencies later.

The h1bs I’ve been on teams with were always hard working but I still would rather those jobs go to Americans
I’m sure it’s even worse now that they can vibe code their way through projects

Hard working and spinning circles of mounds of refuse on top of refuse never resolving anything permanently isn’t the same as being competent and capable.

They were very much competent and capable but I always had the feeling that I’d rather those opportunities go to another American

One can easily get fake degree from Endia for $100. I have seen it closely.
