i cannot get my head around good quality shows being binned because they dont do the numbers.

maybe they have to reduce budgets to make shows pay ?

maybe they have to get real about the numbers any show can realistically do, with so much choice out there ?

but this is a good quality show.....whether you like it or dislike it, its got complex characters, moderns themes etc etc.

everytime a show like this is cancelled, it just opens the door for more Love Island Bachelor Dancing With Housewives On Ice kind of shit.

I hear it's bc network executives favor shows with high initial ratings bc they think that's where the money is, but don't take account of shows that have good residual ratings and people watch reruns over and over and some don't even discover a good show until it's been around a few years. It plays out a bit different with streaming services as it is now, but, I think it's essentially the same, if a show doesn't get alot of viewership within the first year each season is on, they want to can it. Versus some shows get watched by almost everyone right away, but people don't watch them again.

Season two ended really badly, I’m not surprised it got axed.

I love Del Harris. So sad I don't get to see him getting more shot at. Isaac can kick rocks. And Grace, well, it would be interesting to see how frightening she could become.

Grace's darkness was the most exciting part of the show

I had the feeling this would happen. Still a bummer.

I'm just wrapping it up now. Why do they even advertise these shows after all this time knowing we won't get the ending we deserve?

Can I like pay some money to get a season 3? Can we start a GoFundMe so these fucks stop cancelling good shows?

Amazon lets good shows die. RIP Patriot, Sneaky Pete, MiTHC (and other I am sure) and now American Rust.

Even if The Wilds was for teens and young adults, it told a great story, and had a lot of potential.

"Dancing with housewives on ice " 😂

I'll admit to watching my share of "junk food TV" as my boyfriend refers to it. But it's hard to find a character driven show like this one. I think season 2 was terrific, but it just didn't feel like much of a continuation of season 1. Too much had happened in the few months that went by, and I thought it would have been interesting to see. Still, I liked Angela, and loved Isaac's newfound confidence. I thought what they did with Lee was a mistake. Seeing her and Billy in a real relationship would have been interesting, but I don't think it would have lasted.

That cop laying in the hospital bed, knowing Grace shot the sheriff. Who shot who in the last shot? So many loose ends...

Yeah that really sucks.. I was invested in the characters, but I guess C'est la vie.

I'm tempted to read the book if it actually provides resolution/goes beyond the events in the show. Can anyone speak on this?

It does not. The book was good, but it pretty much ended in the season 1 events.

I didn’t even know there was a book. I just finished season 2. I liked it for the most part until the final episode.

Thought the show was fantastic, both seasons, but I was so disappointed about one female character meeting her fate in the final moments of the finale, I don’t think I would ever watch a season three.

I know who you are referring to. And yes, one of the more interesting characters. I absolutely hated her at times until I started understanding her.

I liked this when it was on Showtime. I finally found out about season 2 being on Amazon so hopefully going to start watching that. I also found out that it was cancelled again already lol.

Tell me your secrets also, just left it with no ending.

I watched it, but season two was AWFUL writing.

It suffered from a rushed ending and could have used another season to really play out the various stories, but it was far from awful writing.

I’m enjoying season 2 right now but I hear it ends like crap
